ANNOUNCEMENTS

·       Students, please, every single time that you have to answer a questionnaire either in class or at home, and there are multiple choice questions included in the assignment, I require from you to answer those questions with the letter that you chose as correct response followed by the complete content of the response chosen under that letter. Understand that the only situation in which you are not required to do that, I mean, where you can only answer with the letter corresponding to the response of your choice, is when you are completing a Scantron Form, or any other multiple choice test like the Baseline Assessment test, Interim Assessment Tests, EOC (End of the Course) Tests, etc.

For being the beginning of the school year and not having specified this to all my new students, I graded all the answers with letter only as complete answers. From any assignment due on 08/29/13 or after, I will consider the answers that show only a letter as incorrect answers.

·        The gradebook shows an assignment entitled Lab Safety Contract signed completed. It does not count for a grade. To interpret the grades that appear under that assignment follow this rubric:

o   The grade A means that the student complied and submitted the completed document

o   A grade of F means that the student submitted it, but the most important information requested is missing (like the signature of the parent/guardian, or the parent/guardian e-mail address in the personal info form

o   A grade of Z means that the student has not returned the form yet

·       ON 08/22/16 we start classes at 7:20 AM. I hope to see you on time at room 247. Make your best to be in class already sitting down before the bell rings.
