Elysium, Coral Reef High School's Literary/Art Magazine, is designed to showcase student creativity in both writing and visual arts. Published continuously since 2005, the magazine seeks to establish ties with the larger community, recognize exemplary student work, and teach professional design and layout. We believe there is real value in preserving print media.

The first two editions of Elysium were published in the first and second year following the school's opening. We didn't have easy access to computer labs or knowledge of Adobe Software, but we managed to produce two fine issues of the magazine. The magazine was not continued after 1999 until Justin Danier-Best convinced the original sponsor, Mrs. Scott, to pick up the magazine again. Unfortunately, the complete files were lost, and all that we have to offer here are the front and back covers along with the staff page.
