Each month I select a "Student of The Month." I choose students based on their academic performance for that month. I also take into consideration their conduct, their effort, and if there has been an overall improvement made on any given subject that month. Names are posted at the beginning of each month. Parents are also notified and invited to the "Student of the Month" Assembly where their child gets to meet the principle, gets a certificate, and appears on the morning announcements!
