ECG Screening information!

   _-   MANDATORY SCHOOL Athletic Insurance must be purchased through the athletic department for $30 cash.  Insurance will be sold for SPRING SPORTS  in the athletic office (located in the gym)    Insurance will be collected beginning Dec. 3 during lunch in the cafeteria. Students will not be allowed to tryout for a winter sport without purchasing insurance and turning in all necessary documentation.  Insurance can not be collected without a completed physical form and birth certificate on file in the athletic office.  New student athletes to TERRA must bring an original birth certificate when purchasing insurance. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
