On Principal for a Day, Miami Beach Commissioner Sally Heyman, visited our class and talked about the importance or reading.

Mrs. Heyman loved our homework folders which had puppy pictures on them, and this prompted the Commissioner to talk about her own dogs. Mrs. Heyman showed us their pictures on her cell phone. We had a great time!

Our class made it to the front page of the Neighbors in the Miami Herald!
